• April, May or June 1998. International Convention of the Cultural Environment Movement (CEM) in Paris.
• Scientific congress by the International Association for Media and Communication Research (IAMCR) in Glasgow, Schotland, juli 1998.
• WACC congress and tribunal about the Right to Communicate in The Hague. Around December 10, 1998, the 50th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

In 1998 the Charter will be published in the Journal of International Communication and Gazette.

The PCC-site is being used in the International Baccalaureate's program Information Technology in a Global Society. This concerns hundreds of schools in about eighty countries.
